The progression checklist and analytics preference use site-specific local storage. Checklist completion stays in the visitor's browser and is not placed in URLs, contact messages, or analytics events. Clearing browser storage removes both checklist state and the saved consent choice.

Optional analytics

Google Analytics loads only when production analytics is enabled with this site's approved GA4 identifier and the visitor selects “Accept analytics.” Declining stores that choice and prevents the analytics script from loading. Analytics is intended to measure page and tool usage, not checklist contents, private game saves, passwords, or account information.

Source links may open official Valheim pages, maintained references, or other third-party websites. Those services apply their own privacy practices and may record ordinary request information. Following an external link is optional and does not transfer locally stored checklist values from this site.

Advertising and accounts

Advertising is disabled during the build stage. The site has no user registration, cloud checklist account, payment form, or newsletter database. If advertising or another service is proposed later, this policy and the consent experience must be reviewed before activation.

Contact and retention

When public contact is enabled, messages are used to answer the request, investigate corrections, and maintain an operational record. Visitors should not send sensitive credentials or private save files. Contact details and external service identifiers are assigned only through this site's isolated production manifest.
